HR Officer focused on Recruiting (m/f)

Job description

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process:
    - Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
    - Develop a good relationship with hiring managers
  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development, including job posting, employee referrals and networking events
  • Continuously create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs
  • Be the HR point of contact for employees and provide the first level of HR support
  • Taking care of administration of employees (employment contract writing, holiday/sickness administration, medical appointments, etc.)
  • Be in charge of the approval application and final report of the company’s training plan
  • Participation in cross department HR-related projects and initiatives

    Requirements

    Your profile

    • Bachelor/Master degree in Business Psychology or Human Resources or related discipline
    • Between 2 to 3 years of work experience in a similar role
    • Dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve confidential or sensitive matters
    • Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills
    • Strong organization, prioritization, time-management, multi-tasking skills
    • Positive, upbeat and cooperative attitude
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • High level of professionalism
    • Very good command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Fluent English and German skills
